About Me

My name is Ngozi Angeline Godwell.  I am the mother to Chinyere Chelsea Godwell.  On the 9th October 2009 Northamptonshire Police Force stormed my home, beat me up in front of my child, then frog marched her out of her family home for ever.

The Plan was never to return her to me, ever.  The Court hearings were heard in private, which is against the law.  This is not a case of sexual abuse amongst family members of the murder of a child.  It was a 'kangroo court'.

Hi Ngozi, I've been reading through your posts. My heart goes out to you it really does and I completely understand as I am going through something very similar. Our babies weren't taken because we were bad parents. It's because we are good parents. They are not interested in "Damaged goods". Our babies are good stock, literally. Single mums are an easy target. I think you are very brave posting everything on-line and shows how honest you are and that you have nothing to hide. Above all everything I've read so far shows what a loving mother you are with a strong bond with your daughter xx

Complaints against Northamptonshire Police increased by more than 40 per cent to nearly 600 last year.

The catalogue of complaints about assaults, rudeness and neglect of duty made to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) during 2009-10 represents the third highest rise of any force in England and Wales. The average increase was eight per cent.

Detective Superintendent Peter Windridge, head of the professional standards department, said: ?Northamptonshire Police is committed to making a difference to the community we serve.
